Built up Area  - 13,9316 Sqm ( approx. ) ( 14,99,040 /- sqft ) (covering  Gr floor + 9 storey ) , average built-up area for one floor is 1,49,904 sqft  Note – built up area excludes openings viz , services & lift shaft and stairwell . Mode of measurement -  out to out dimension of building , excluding all opening and  stairwell . Sqm. 2).Steel Work including cutting, bending, Fixing placing in position and binding all complete as per Drawings.
