Please remove them ASAP and use bracers to evenly space and level them.

you cant correct it once the tile is installed. but you should get a levelled plaster done beforehand. or get the tile installed with grooves and fill the grooves with epoxy grout.

There should be plaster done on the wall if the wall finish is not ideal for tile application. 1st suggestions.Do if it is possible to get it done plaster before tile application. and if half tile work is done then do chipping process on remaining wall as much as required for tile and mortar paste thickness to make it level with other tiles
