Responsible for all Quality Control Circle activities   Quality control on three stages i.e. incoming, In-process & Outgoing stage. Responsible for quality checks at all key stages of production i.e carpentry, assembly, polishing, finishing, upholstery Check the process parameter of particular order. Incoming inspection report In process Inspection Report Final inspection Regarding customer complaints  Provide detail sheet to the FIR (First Information Report) Cause allocation of FIR to particular department. FIR closure as per the SOP. Quality Reports/Documentation for Analysis and Presentation to the Management. Check the documentation of QC studies & QC register.
