Period of Competition. : We require at least ACTUAL TIME completing the job in every
respect from date of receipt of your valued order.
Storage facility. : Storage facility shall be provided by the clients, society or
institution.
Electricity. : Electricity shall be made available free of cost by the clients,
society or institution.
Water. : Water shall be made available free of cost by the clients, society or
institution.
Payment. : 50 % advance with the work order and after starting the work
balance as per work-in-progress.
Govt. : Only T.D.S. shall be deducted from the bills as per central Govt.
rule, any other Govt. charged shall be paid by the clients. Goods
and Service Tax will be charges extra applicable as per State and
Central Govt. Rule.
Payment of final bill. : The payment of the final bill shall be made by the clients, society
or institution within 7 days from the date of competition.
Notes. : Out station job will be charge 25% hike compare to our local
charges, Transportation charges will be extra if loose furniture will
be done in our workshop.
We are not responsible for any crack of original surface i.e.
wall/ceiling/furniture etc. Which is developed due to
contraction/expansion of surface or settlement adjustment of
building or due to running air-condition or due to any other
reason.
The above quoted rate are also best on above given mode of
measurements factors if any charges are to be done in the above
measurements factor our rate will be change accordingly.
