We are not responsible for any crack of original surface i.e. wall/ceiling/furniture etc. Which is developed due to contraction/expansion of surface or settlement adjustment of building or due to running air-condition or due to any other reason. The above quoted rate are also best on above given mode of measurements factors if any charges are to be done in the above measurements factor our rate will be change accordingly.
