cladding stone will be good but, parappet minimum or 300cm heightil kuduthal kanum..so athil cladding chythal ath highlighted ayt verum..so for my personal opinion it is not good for parappet. but, for external wall cladding is good..

To prevent the future moisture, cladding tile will be more suitable than texture. but if you are looking for aesthetic appearance go for texture. texture is just a layer applying after final coat paint.From my opinion cladding is better.
