there is no another way fit pipe so it's ok no problem

use the halfset of PVC pipe to avoid cut the Steel bar । coz it's effect to the structure strength

if it is the framed structure, then don't cut the beam, alternative is there, bend the pipe from wall, cut the slab with the help of core cutter
