This is aluminum C channel ( 1 feet wide ) used for front elevation. Main purpose is to reduce weight and can be managed easily

Best way is to have sheet/ plate ( depending upon edge thickness) in Aluminium or in MS and go for Machine Bending in some workshop. On machine bending you can have desired shape of Channel. depending upon material corner will be either welded or fastned. Last the desired shade can be given by powder coating or Epoxy paining. Also check if it's only ornamental item or giving some structural support to projection. in case for structural support it must be MS only.
