I have a plot with area of 10 cents in Ernakulam as shown below (the highlighted ones). Private roads on both sides. I have a requirement to sell a 3 cent from this. Please suggest which portion is best to cut from this. Planning to build a 3 bhk house on each floor (G+2) with 1&2 floor for rental purposes.

പഴയ വീട് പൊളിച്ച് പുതിയത് പണിയുവാണ്. 1350 sqft. പഴയ വീട് പോളിക്കുമ്പോൾ കിട്ടുന്ന കല്ലും മണ്ണും പുതിയ തറക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. Steel windows and doors ആണ് plan ചെയ്യുന്നത്. Slab വരെ concrete and plastering എത്ര റേറ്റ് വരും. Location - Aluva
