The first plan is that of my Ground floor, constructed in year 2000. The second one is my first floor plan, constructed in 2015. I want to modify/renovate my Ground floor by shifting the master bed room to Southwest and also extend the living cum dining area upto the work area. 1. pcc for foundation bed with 40mm metal in 1:4:8 in 10 cm thickness
2. column footing and grade beam work 1:2:4 as per structure
3. basement height at 45-60cm
4. Floor concrete PCC in 1:4:8 cement using 40mm metals
5. Solid block masonry in 1:6 cm for walls upto 3.5 metre
