i know the values will vary as per quality.
can anyone give me an average values..

I am going to construct 3 bhk 1500 sqft residential house at Kasaragod .
I have to give as material and labor contract to good reputed contacting person.
but I like to deduct electrical and plumbing to my brother as he can do that jobs.
so I like to know what is the current market rate for construction for B class house per sqft.and what amount should be deducted from main contractor for electrical and plumbing?
