roof ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ slope ആയി ചെയ്യാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ slope ആക്കി വാർക്കുന്നതാണോ ,അതോ കുറച്ചു ഭാഗംPlain ആയി concrete ചെയ്ത് stress work ചെയ്താൽ നല്ലതാന്നോ . അതിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും ദോഷം ഉണ്ടോ ?

വീട് പണിയാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു, വടക്കു ദർശനം (റോഡ് വടക്ക് ഭാഗത്ത്). Plan വരക്കുമ്പോൾ കോൽ അളവ് നോക്കണോ . (താഴെ 1500 sqft നുള്ളിൽ ] വടക്കുദർശനത്തിന് 75.16 കോൽ നല്ലതെന്ന് പറയുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ ഒത്തിരി sqft ആകും. Planൽ ചില ഭാഗങ്ങൾ തള്ളി നിൽക്കും. ഇങ്ങനെ കോൽ അളവ് നോക്കാതെ ചെയ്താൽ ദോഷം ഉണ്ടോ . Please reply.

വീടിന്റെ foundation ന് കല്ലിട്ട് തറ കെട്ടുന്നതാന്നോ അതോ column footing ആന്നോ നല്ലത്. (ഉറപ്പുള്ള ഭൂമിയാണ് റബ്ബർ ,തേക്ക് മരങ്ങൾ നിൽക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ് ] . എന്നാലും കൂടുതൽ strong ഏത് ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. Column footing ചെയ്തിട്ട് ഇഷ്ടികവെച്ച് വീട് പണിതാൽ പ്രശ്നമുണ്ടോ ? കൂടുതൽ strong ആയി വീട് പണിയാൻ ഉള്ള ഉപദേശങ്ങൾ അറിയാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. Please Reply.
