I am building a house of 2400sqft. Is it recommended to use RMC instead of Manually mixing the materials? Can we trust the quality of RMC? Is it Cheaper? or the same?

Not cheaper . If we use RMC from standard companies , the required strength of concrete can be obtained . Firstly we have to go there and discuss with the quality engineer of the plant and prepare a trial mix and conform the strength by cube /cylinder test . You should make an agreement with them that , the same material shall be supplied at the site and on site tests like slump , temp .etc .Then concrete cube / cylinder specimen shall be taken at site and the curing and testing shall be done and ensure the strength of the supplied concrete .
