better to put fountation Wall 20 or 35 cm height.. put 60 cm with Block work.. can Fix two side steel frame for fixing VBoard.. and make Toilet as Proper plumping.. put Floor Concret as per the Level and make Water profing on top of Concrete an Wall side of 2ft.. and Pipe and Shower area Wall to Top where the water can be Leaked.. fix tile.. And B ready for use Toilet..
