നമ്മൾ contract agreement തയ്യാറാക്കുമ്പോൾ Technical Specification ൽ ഓരോ material ൻ്റെയും grade , brand , വില range എല്ലാം കാണിയ്ക്കണം പ്രധാന materials ( costly ) atleast 3 options എങ്കിലും എഴുതി വാങ്ങിയിരിയ്ക്കണം , അപ്പോൾ പിന്നീട് dispute ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാം.
