@Nadia faizal lS code ലെguidelines അനുസരിച്ച് opc gradecement ന് മിനിമം 7 ദിവസവും PPC grade cement ന് 10 days ഉം Blended cement ന് 14 days ഇങ്ങനെയാണ്. 2 ദിവസം കൂടിയാലും കുഴപ്പമില്ല. Phone സൗകര്യം ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന കാലത്ത് മിനിമം curing പോലും ചെയ്യാതിരുന്ന കരാറുകാരെ ടെലിഗ്രാം ചെയ്ത് Site ൽ വരുത്തേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. Minimum curing Periodഅവഗണിക്കരുത്. ആ period ൽ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് Specഅനുസരിച്ച് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ള Strength gain ചെയ്തിരിക്കും. 100 % Strength gain ചെയ്യാനുള്ള നുള്ള ജലാംശം അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിൽ അടങ്ങിയ ജലാംശം സഹായകമാകും.

Curing should be ideally for 14 days. It is the time for the concrete to set and to attain its strength. You should pour water or place wet gunny sacks to the RCC structure during the curing period and a week after that too. Don't start removing the shutter before the curing period is over because it may lead to the failure of RCC member due to improper setting of concrete.
