which would be the best type of switches to select while choosing switches for my new home?

we are planning to use aac block for our house, i have 2 questions; for inner wall direct putty or pop will be good or we have to plaster and then apply pop? 2nd question is; for outer walls can we do the same or if not what type of plastering would be best, (it will be a frame structure)
