gypsum meterial is a good option. Cost is also low. Waterproofing gypsum material is also available.

gypsum board is most used and user-friendly material. If you are looking for lighter material than that.. insui board is the best option. very light and moist resistant. although the material charge is higher than gypsum board.

My bathroom height is 7ft. I have actually forgot about provision for light in the ceiling. But now I want to make the lighting in my bathroom as like false ceiling type. What should I do now? Should I go for wall lighting or any other better solution to get best placement of lights
