Rightnow my total plinth area including both floor is 2946Sqft.
But ground floor living room (210sqft) has double height roof.

*yes single storey house can be provided with a double-height roof. * Better to provide a living room as double-height. So better to consult the engineer / Architect to plan the elevation more aesthetically.
