While calculating area for Luxury tax (Above 3000sqft), whether authorities consider the see through area from first floor? Rightnow my total plinth area including both floor is 2946Sqft. But ground floor living room (210sqft) has double height roof. Please advice.

double height, that means ground floor doesn't have roof slab, that means first floor floor slab is seen through/ seen below /opening, so that area can be omitted from total floor area.
