now concrete interlock bricks are avilable. in my experience interlock brick has more load bearing capacity than other solid bricks. ( as per my test results) much faster than any other brick construction. we build around 20 homes with interlock in kottayam. thre is no issue with dampness or any other facter. only problem i faced with this brick is lack of good workman ship only.
