Which materials can Kolo help me buy?
All material categories for your home construction are covered—from cement and steel to tiles, electrical, plumbing and finishing materials. The way we help with each purchase depends on the category.
How long can I use the service?
The support runs during the construction period of your home project. It is not limited to checking one quote or helping with one purchase.
Will Kolo place orders and arrange delivery?
For some material categories, Kolo assists with orders and deliveries. For others, we help you buy directly from suppliers. Ask the team which approach applies to your materials before placing an order.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?
We compare prices and help negotiate towards the best available price for your requirements. A lower price or a particular saving is not guaranteed; the outcome depends on the material, quantity, supplier and current availability.
What happens after I pay?
Our team reaches out on WhatsApp to collect your material list, quantities and location, along with any supplier quotes you already have. That is where the price checks and negotiation start.
Is this the same as Smart Select?
This is a separate service focused on buying materials for your home. Smart Select is the broader advisory program for homebuilding decisions, including plans, quotations and agreements.
