Did you realise your recyclable materials are full of lovely home decor? I’m not even talking about producing art out of trash, though I’ve seen some interesting works. I’m talking about beautiful home décor that you can place on your walls and have people assume you spent a fortune on it from a home decor website. That is a really lovely house décor. It all begins with the recycle bin.
Reusing common household recyclables that would otherwise be thrown away will cost you next to nothing if you’re wanting to make attractive home decor on a budget! Not only will your house appear completely stylish and chic without costing you a fortune, but you’ll also feel good about repurposing goods, giving them a new life, and keeping them out of the garbage. So, as you can see, we’re helping the environment through making.

For a long time, I had toilet paper roll art on my walls, and no one who came to my house realised it was made of toilet paper rolls until we informed them. This is one of those crafting items that I keep on hand for future projects. It’s not like they’re difficult to find! This recyclable material can be used in these projects for simple yet elegant home decor:

- Glitter glass jars
- Wine bottle vases
- Glass bottles turned into vases
