Popular American singer and songwriter Miley Cyrus, who emerged as a teen idol while portraying the title character of the Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana, turned 30 years old today!
Miley Cyrus sold her large Nashville mansion for about $15 million this summer. Records show that the pop diva has returned to Malibu, the same beachfront area where she famously lived during her marriage to Liam Hemsworth. But this time, Miley Cyrus will be starting over in a newly rehabbed new home with stunning seaside views. Overlooking the outside is a comfortable and airy living room for Miley Cyrus to relax in.
The Malibu estate was built in 1999 and has north of 6,500 square feet, six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one powder room. The house is also hidden away in a gated enclave high in the hills, behind a long driveway on a large lot spanning roughly 1.5 acres. There is an attached garage with three parking spaces and a motor court with numerous more. According to tax records, the property was last sold for $5.8 million in 2018 and has been rented in subsequent years. Looking at this view, it’s like the bedroom is in the ocean. The Mediterranean villa-style structure is white and bright throughout, with modern features like recessed LED lights and large windows that let in natural light. In addition to her recently sold Nashville ranch and new Malibu digs, Cyrus formerly owned a beautiful home in guard-gated Hidden Hills, which she sold to a non-famous couple last year for a large profit. The Tennessee native, 30, still owns a multimillion-dollar mansion in L.A.’s Studio City hills that she purchased nearly a decade ago.
