According to HAR.com, Anna Nicole Smith’s 6,311-square-foot home sits on 9.74 acres. According to the announcement, the property has two staircases, five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a breakfast room, a den, formal living and dining areas, a game room, and four attached/detached over-sized garages. In addition to the 13-stall barn and illuminated arena for equestrian operations, the property has a guesthouse, a pool, and a pond. The current owner enhanced the property with a wine cellar, gym facility, sport court, putting green, and indoor/outdoor kitchen.

This is the first time the home has been listed for sale since Anna Nicole Smith’s death in 2007. According to the statement, Smith’s second husband, J. Howard Marshall II originally owned the estate, which she sold to businessman Mark Myers, the current owner, in 1998.

The house had previously been vandalised, according to Bonning of the Houston Chronicle. “Anna Nicole had gone to California in the middle of a bankruptcy at the time, so the property had been left unattended and local high school people destroyed it,” Bonning said, adding that she “essentially fled with a suitcase.”

Anna Nicole Smith, who was born Vickie Lynn Hogan in Houston in 1967 and raised in Mexia, Texas, became a Playboy model and, later, a reality TV star. When she was 26, she married 89-year-old Marshall, who died a little more than a year later in 1995. Because Smith was left out of Marshall’s will, a court battle over his estate raged for years after his death.

The Cypress estate is over 10 acres in size and features a basketball court, a stable, a putting green, an indoor/outdoor kitchen, and a separate guest house. Bonning previously stated that the couple who purchased Smith’s home have grown children and are ready to move on. The 1988 home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The current listing price is a 14 per cent reduction, at $386.94 per square foot. Property records show the basketball court and outdoor kitchen were added in 2003, and a utility building was added in 2010.
