Andy Murray suffered a defeat to Australian Alex de Minaur at the Laver Cup.
Andy Murray returned to London’s O2 Arena on Friday night, a long time after his career probably peaked. He overcame Novak Djokovic here at the conclusion of 2016 to finish the year as No. 1, which proved to be the high water point. Many physical hardships later, he resurfaced on the undercard for Roger Federer’s farewell, only to be beaten 5-7, 6-3, 10-7 by Alex de Minaur in the Laver Cup.
Sir Andy Murray and his wife Kim Sears have been living in a stunning £5 million property in Surrey since 2009. The couple lives on the property with their three young children: Sophia, Edie, and Teddie.
Andy Murray’s hallway features a clean white carpet and sage green striped wallpaper. The door to Andy’s left has been painted in a sleek grey tone that complements the muted colour scheme beautifully.
The entrance to his property has a long winding driveway surrounded by trees and bushes, where he enjoys playing tennis during his free time. The driveway has brick flooring and is filled with lots of colourful plants.
Sir Andy won the Mutua Madrid Open online in 2020 during the lockdown. As he sat in the family dining room, he celebrated the victory with a large bottle of champagne. Andy sat on a black metal chair at their light wooden dining table, with an indoor plant in the backdrop between two glass doors leading out to the garden.
When Andy celebrated his birthday in May, fans got a glimpse into his open-plan kitchen and dining area. His Instagram post depicted their white glossy cabinets with dark oak surround, breakfast bar with fruit dish on top, and wooden dining table with metal dining chairs. The space has some indoor plants and a glass window as well.
Andy and Kim’s expansive garden was seen in full in another hilarious Instagram photo in which he said that his girls had begged him to “put on your skirt.” The adoring father readily posed outside in his kilt and crown, revealing their clean and private garden behind him. The garden also has a patio that has rattan sun loungers with cream cushions.
Fans were given a glimpse inside Andy’s home as they rang in the New Year in 2019, with the image appearing to show him resting on their bed, which has a grey studded headboard.
On Instagram, he showed off his living area, which boasts a massive, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a shelf beneath. Aside from some green potted plants, there was a collection of toys, most likely belonging to his children. The living space has a grey-coloured sofa and warm lighting.
