*buildership* we take projects with material in this service we act as a contractor who will build house completly. *which includes* footing foundation, slabs, brickwork , plaster, tiling , bathrooms with fittings, doors and windows , exterior-interior paint , windows steel frame. *not including* furniture , modular kitchen , false ceiling , inside fittings choice not given , planning and consultancy not included. planning is shared only when consultancy charges are paid . we take 3% of the entire project cost. this rate is minimum , rates increases with increase in choices and work. may vary from 1300 to 1600rs persqft . depends on drawing and makelist.
