answer : If u are designing mixed design it's Also a design part to make ur home look better. but problem will have when the design is not proper. so when designing ur house plan itself u need to get a clear idea we're to have slope or we're to have flat.if u do that u can design accordingly.then for our climate slope roof is good. and when u use flat roof make the thickness of slab to 12.5cm which was older 10cm. it will help to avoid leak in flat slab

സ്ഥല പരിമിതി ഉള്ളിടത്ത് ഫ്ലാറ്റ് രീതിയാണ് നല്ലത്. മുകൾ ഭാഗം പല ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കാം പിന്നീട് മുകളിലേക്ക് മുറികൾ എടുക്കണമെങ്കിലും ഈ രീതി യാണ് നല്ലത്. സ്ലോപ്പ് രീതി വീടിന്റെ ഭംഗി കൂട്ടും. എന്നാൽ വെള്ളം കെട്ടിനിർത്തി നനയ്ക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന പോരായ്മ ഉണ്ട്. മുകളിലേയ്ക്ക് പിന്നീട് യാതൊരു നിർമ്മാണ പ്രവർത്തനവും നടത്താൻ പറ്റില്ല. പല ട്രെൻസുകളും മാറി മറിഞ്ഞ് വീണ്ടും ഫ്ലാറ്റ് രീതിയിലേക്ക് തന്നെ തിരിച്ചുപോകുന്നത് കാണാം.
