We have decided to build a contemporary house along with Kerala traditions. The challenge is to provide proper cross ventilation for all the rooms and spaces... We placed the common spaces first and then went for the kitchen and master bedroom according to vasthu. After that, we located the remaining requirements and in-between spaces were created as court yards, which allowed cross ventilation to all the areas.
