I have been given option of epoxy joints , and cement grouting for fixing tiles. Which among these I should choose.

I want to build up 1st floor in my home ,I am Planning roof tiles instead of concrete.can I get a perfect roofing and it should be like virtual concreting from out side view.Is it possible.i am expecting your valuable suggestions.because I need to check the base floor strength based on that.
