3370 Sqft | 1 Acre Plot | Pala Brief of Project – The client needs a single-story residence with 4 bedrooms. We have decided to make a design which will not age when time goes on. We have decided to build a contemporary house along with Kerala traditions. The challenge is to provide proper cross ventilation for all the rooms and spaces... We placed the common spaces first and then went for the kitchen and master bedroom according to vasthu. After that, we located the remaining requirements and in-between spaces were created as court yards, which allowed cross ventilation to all the areas. Given It is double the height of the dining area, which is located in the center of the house, and it helps to exhaust all the hot air naturally.
