Located in the suburban city of Eroor in Kochi, away from the bustle and sprints of daily life, this 2400sft abode, set in a natural and rustic palette, was designed as a sanctuary to clients Arun and Hima and their two children. Being art lovers themselves, and an artist in making; they had envisaged a space where the family could unwind and unplug creatively. The pocket sized 4 cent plot shares its boundaries with similar parcels of land on either side, thus offering no views that were worth framing.
