ജാലസി — പ്രകാശം, വസ്തുക്കൾ, സ്ഥലം ഈ മൂന്നും ഒന്നിച്ചുചേരുന്ന ഒരു വീട് ☀️🌿
ഇവിടെ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകൃതിദത്ത കല്ല്, മുകളിൽ ചൂടിച്ചിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പെർഫറേറ്റഡ് ഗ്രില്ല് വഴി വരുന്ന വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ നിന്ന് മാറിമാറി നിഴലുകൾ വീണുകൊണ്ട് അതിന്റെ ഭംഗി കൂട്ടുന്നു. ഈ പ്രകാശ നിഴൽകളുടെ കളി ദിനംപ്രതി മാറുന്ന ഒരു മുഖം ഈ വീടിന് നൽകുന്നു. അതിനൊപ്പം വാതിലിലും ജനാലകളിലും ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന തേയിലമരം, വീടിന് ഒരു പ്രകൃതിസൗന്ദര്യവും ഒറ്റത്തണുപ്പും പകരുന്നു.
കേരളത്തിലെ കാലാവസ്ഥയും സംസ്കാരവുമാണ് ഈ വീടിന്റെ രൂപകൽപ്പനയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ. പ്രകാശം അകത്തു കടക്കാൻ, തണുപ്പ് ഉള്ളതാവാൻ, വായു നന്നായി ചുറ്റിക്കറങ്ങാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ അതിനെ രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. വാസ്തവത്തിൽ നിന്നും പ്രകൃതിയിലേക്ക് അടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു നാടൻ ആധുനിക ഭാവമാണ് ജാലസി.
