1 m3 concrete = Rs.20000 to Rs. 21000 (including material, labour and shuttering) rate of foundation depends upon depth of foundation, no of columns, size of the column, beams etc. It can't be answered in square feet. It is usually measured in m3.So if you know total m3 multiply that with per m3 rate, you will get total amount.
