🏡 Project Concept Description This residence is envisioned as a contemporary tropical home that seamlessly blends modern architectural language with climate-responsive design principles suited for Kerala’s environment. The design is articulated through a layered composition of volumes, combining a sloped roof inspired by traditional architecture with clean, flat-roofed elements to achieve a balanced and timeless aesthetic. The interplay of horizontal and vertical planes creates depth, shadow, and visual interest across the façade. A carefully curated material palette enhances the overall character of the home. Warm wooden cladding introduces a natural and inviting tone, while textured stone surfaces ground the structure and add richness. These are contrasted with smooth, light-colored plastered walls to maintain a sense of visual clarity and modern elegance.
