1980 ചതുരശ്രയടിയുള്ള വീട്ടിൽ പൂമുഖം, സ്വീകരണമുറി, ഊണുമുറി, അടുക്കള, നടുമുറ്റം, മൂന്ന് കിടപ്പുമുറികൾ എന്നിവയാണ് ഒരുക്കിയത്.
വാസ്തു അനുസരിച്ചാണ് മുറികൾ ക്രമീകരിച്ചത്. ചുവരുകൾ ഇല്ലാതെ പരസ്പരം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു കിടക്കുന്ന വിധമാണ് ഇടങ്ങൾ ക്രമീകരിച്ചത്. ഇത് കൂടുതൽ വിശാലതയും വെന്റിലേഷനും നൽകുന്നു. നടുമുറ്റമാണ് വീടിന്റെ ഹൃദയഭാഗം. മുകളിലെ ഓപ്പണിങ്ങിലൂടെ കാറ്റും വെളിച്ചവും അകത്തേക്ക് വിരുന്നെത്തുന്നു. നടുമുറ്റത്ത് ഒരു തുളസിത്തറയും ക്രമീകരിച്ചു
തെക്കിനിയിൽ ഒരു കിടപ്പുമുറിയും പടിഞ്ഞാറ്റിനിയിൽ രണ്ടു കിടപ്പുമുറികളും നൽകി. മൂന്ന് കിടപ്പുമുറികൾക്കും അറ്റാച്ഡ് ബാത്റൂം സൗകര്യം ഒരുക്കി
