2. Brick Work : Solid Block
3. Steel : Vizag Fe 500 D
4. Cement : R.C.C Work: Ultra Tech
Block work & Plastering : Sankar Cement
5. Electrical Work : SS Metal Box
Conduit pipe : Balco
Wire- Finolex
Switch : Legrand Lyncus
6. Plumping Work : Supreme :UPVC Pipe Type B, UPVC Pipe (ASTM D)1785, CPVC Hot Water
7. CP Sanitary Fittings : Jaquar and Cera
8. Tiles : Floor Tile : 800 X 1600mm Somany
Bathroom tile :1200 X 600 Kajaria and Johnson Tile
9. Windows and Doors, Frame and Shutter : Teak wood
10 Handrail : GI pipe with teak rail
11. Paint : Asian Paints(2 coat putty, 1 coat primer, 2 coat emulsion and PU Polishing
