please go for normal slab for safety. min 12cm thickness, as it is a commercial building. live load will be more in commercial space

filler slabs are okay for residence . take care to maintain such slabs . chances of rusting of re bar is more in filler slabs for commercial buildings normal slabs are good especially when loads are high
