Awaaz is a tropical modern Kerala residence located in the Malabar region of Kerala with an Built up Area 2750 Sq.Ft. The house is planned in a linear arrangement, according to site conditions. The 23 cent site has a wide view of green field, which is utilized by giving patios and balconies. The house has 4 attached bedrooms, with a central courtyard to which every door of the house opens. The skylight courtyard gives enough ambient lighting inside common spaces. The green indoor courtyard is the central attraction of the house. The open theme concept we adopted here lets the flow of enough light inside the house.

" HRIDAYAM- is situated in a tranquil space with a luscious landscape away from an urban context for the client to enjoy a peaceful and quiet retirement.
The design objective was to stay humble in the usage of materials, staying close to nature by opening up the interiors to the surrounding vegetation to create a serene environment.
The home opens up to a spacious double-heighted living area where the family spends most of their time.
