NEST is a small residence located at Vazhakulam in the outskirts of Muvattupuzha town. The site is located near a rubber plantation within a small residential neighborhood. Nest is a residence for a family of four, two parents and their two kids. Both Ajith and Dhanya are govt’ servants. One of the main requirements that the clients put forward was to design a home where there they can unwind after a day at the office and it should have an ample supply of natural light and ventilation.

COARSE PUTTY Coarse Putty contains the finest quality minerals, white cement and polymers and is more durable and has better adhesion strength compared to other conventional products like Gypsum and P.O.P. It has features of Home Sure Putty like evenness of wall/ ceiling surface, strong bonding to the base/concrete plaster, time and cost-effective along with a reduction in cracking, ease of use at site and reduction cracking. Moreover, it saves time, has excellent workability and is easy to use at the site. When the coarse putty is applied to the walls, it increases the lifespan of the paint, improves the tensile strength of the wall, and doesn’t get easily damaged. HOW TO APPLY Clean the surface with sand paper/wire brush & then dampen the surface Add coarse putty in water to obtain a lump free paste and mix well Let it stand for 10 mins for all additives to dissolve completely Apply 1st coat with putty blade Allow the surface to dry for at least 3-4- hours,
