Hi all I am Alvin,a licenced civil engineer.I do every civil contract works as contract,percentage method,low cost method and supervision.contract rate for houses are starts from 1600RS/plinth area,as in percentage method 10% of actual cost above 10 lak,12% between 5 to 10 lak,15% below 5 lak.Supervision charge for houses is 6% of actual cost.I also do all interior works in this method.All bills for materials will provide as printed.Different types of houses are doing like traditional,contemporary,modern,collonial etc.I also do designing,planing,3d,sanction,completion such paper works and maintanance works.All drawings will be free of cost if the construction work is belongs to me.contact if any civil construction work has to be done and drawins also. pone-no/ ni,ze,th,7 on,th on ze,fo 3.
