4 ബെഡ്റൂംസ്, അറ്റാച്ഡ് ബാത്രൂംസ്, കിച്ചൻ, വർക്ക് ഏരിയ, ലിവിങ് ഏരിയ, ഫാമിലി ലിവിങ് ഏരിയ, ഡയനിങ് ഏരിയ, ബാൽക്കണി, ഓപ്പൺ ലോഞ്ച് എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടെ 2 നിലകളിലായി 2504 sq.ft. ൽ ആണ് ഈ ഭവനം നിർമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
സുനിൽ സാറിന്റെ ആഗ്രഹം പോലെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന ക്വാളിറ്റിയിൽ തന്നെ കൃത്യമായി ഈ ഭവനം അതിന്റെ പൂർണതയിൽ തന്നെ നിർമിച്ചു നൽകാൻ ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് സാധിച്ചു.. ക്വാളിറ്റിയിലും കൃത്യതയിലും യാതൊരു വിട്ടുവീഴ്ചയും ചെയ്യാതെയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ ഈ ഭവനം പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചത്..
വളരെ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ ഈ ഭവനത്തിന്റെ താക്കോൽ സുനിൽ സാറിന് കൈമാറുമ്പോൾ സാറിനും ഫാമിലിക്കും സർവ ഐശ്വര്യങ്ങളും സന്തോഷവും നേരുന്നു.
