How LDPE biogas help cow farmers? we have LDPE biogas plant which will convert cow dung into biogas and liquid manure. Here one cow will have 10 kg cow dung on average so it will generate 0.6 m3 of biogas approximately which will be suitable for cooking for an 1 hr in a single burner stove. So farmers having 3 cows dont have to purchase any LPG cylinder for his lifetime and Slurry coming out will be used as organic manure. So 2 m3 biogas plant will be sufficient for a family for energy and manure. #biogas #cowdung #foodwaste #wasteManagement #sustainability #WasteDisposal #recycle

WHAT IS THE COST OF A MODULAR KITCHEN

1. The cost of a modular kitchen can vary a lot

There are two types: Fully modular and semi modular

In modular kitchen the full carcass and shutter is made in a factory and sent on site for installation after which the stone ( mostly granite ) is installed.

In semi modular kitchen the stone is put before the kitchen and there for full carcass is not required to take weight. In this module most of the times there will be no back and base and top. Two vertices will be joined by horizontal strip of plywood instead of a full piece.

The construction method of the carcass in semi modular kitchen also varies and can affect the actual cost.

2. Next factor is base material.

There are many types of base materials that can be used.
Particle board, MDF, HDF, Commercial plywood, Alternate plywood,BWR plywood, BWP plywood and PVC.

In general situation Particle board will be the most inexpensive while BWP plywood or PVC will be the most expensive.

3. Finishing material used on shutters and carcass also play a very big role in the cost.

Till this point, the cost cannot be easily calculated as every person will have different quality of materials, manufacturing machinery, manpower etc…

4. Accessories you plan to put in your modular kitchen

By accessories, we mean your baskets and other fittings. These can vary from basic stainless steel baskets like plain baskets, cutlery baskets, thali baskets, cup and saucer baskets etc…

Other fittings like corner units can vary from few thousands to few ten thousands. Tall units are other expensive fittings.

5. The best quality of edge-band. This will increase life of product.

6. Next step is hardware. Good brands include Hettich, Hafele etc…

7. The most crucial part of every kitchen comes installation

The most crucial part because even if you have taken the best quality material, If installation is not proper your kitchen will not survive well for long.

Never compromise on installers. 90% of the times the installers are given by the vender itself.

*Zebra Blinds Premium *
What you see here is a zebra blind it is called this for obvious reasons the black combines transparent and bold horizontal stripes in two layers that black past each other to create different effects this tile’s versatility provides privacy in its closed position whereas the translucent position allows the light to filter in its imported product available in natural tones it gives you excellent light control.

Origin:

Zebra blinds were initially invented in South Korea, zebra shades popularity spread throughout Asia and then Europe, Now its the most demanding type of blinds in India and Kerala.

Key Benefits of Zebra Shades

A relatively flat surface like a roller shade but with 3 main settings — Open, Closed, and Up — versus 2 main settings for roller shades (Up and Down);

Lots of fabric finish options for both light filtering and room darkening fabrics. Can easily coordinate with other room furnishings and finishes including drapery and upholstery.

Lightweight so easy to lift large shades. Easier to lift means that the shades will be used more frequently thus maximizing the benefits of having this shade;

Full day-time privacy in an Open setting due to sheer layer — you can see out while people outside cannot see in. (In comparison: open shutter louvers or horizontal blinds slats does not provide privacy. They must be closed for privacy).

Fabrics are anti-static so does not collect dust — no cleaning is required!

Limitations to Combi Shades (Zebra Shades or Banded Shades):

More than half the view is blocked in the Open setting. For more outside views, one needs to roll up the shade;

Limited ability to self-clean if get stained (this is true for all soft window shades.) Thus need to get professional cleaning service.
 Room darkening fabrics are not fully blackout.

THREE THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE CONSTRUCTING YOUR HOUSE

THE DIRECTION OF THE HOUSE
The direction of your house faces matters a lot. Living spaces such as bedrooms, dining rooms or living rooms should faces the right direction to ensure comfort.

Natural light has to flow freely into the room. This will help to reduce the light bulbs you will need to buy. Also the natural cool breeze will enter the house and there will be no need for ventilators, give your windows a beautiful view, not a brick wall.

ENSURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT LOCATION
Have you confirmed if it’s the right place for your dream home? Inspect the site, make sure it’s flat enough and won’t cost you much.

Soil conditions are significant to the foundation of the house. If the soil condition is not favourable, you may have to spend more on grading and developing the land. This will costly and energy consuming.

CONSIDER YOUR BUDGET
How much do you have in place for the full constitution? If you are not used to taking a budget before doing things, you might just want to take that into practice when planning for a house.

Building a home is very costly. You are likely to overspend if you don’t prepare a budget. To avoid that, prepare a budget and stick to it. Keep your floor plan simple and less costly unless you have a high budget.

Prepare for a certain expenses like building materials, labor, architect and so on. When you budget, try to include some additional amount to cover unforeseen expenses.
