വെളിയനാട് Mr. ജോസഫ് വർഗീസ് സാറിനും കുടുംബത്തിനും വേണ്ടി നിർമിച്ചതാണ് ഈ സ്വപ്നഭവനം. 3000 sq. ft.ൽ 4 ബെഡ്റൂം, അറ്റാച്ഡ് ബാത്രൂംസ്, ലിവിങ് ഏരിയ, അപ്പർ ലിവിങ് ഏരിയ, ഡയിനിങ് ഏരിയ, വരാന്താ ഉൾപ്പെടെ 2 നിലകളിലായിയാണ് ഈ വീട് ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ഞങ്ങളുടെ മറ്റു വർക്കുകൾ പോലെ തന്നെ ഈ ഭവനവും അതിന്റെ പൂർണതയിൽ തന്നെ നിർമിച്ചു നൽകാൻ ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി.ക്വാളിറ്റിയിൽ യാതൊരുവിധ വിട്ടുവീഴ്ചയും ചെയ്യാതെയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ ഓരോ വർക്കും ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇനി എന്നും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ തുടരും എന്ന് ഞങ്ങളിലുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസമാണ് ഞങ്ങളെ മുൻപിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്നത്.
ഓരോ വീടും ഒരു കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ സ്വപ്നമാണ്. ആ സ്വപ്നഭവനത്തിന്റെ നിർമാണത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങളെ വിശ്വസിച്ച് കൂടെ നിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും നന്ദി.
