About us City Futures Design Collaborative is a multiple award winning architectural design firm based in Aluva, Kerala founded by Ar. Anjith Augustine in 2013 and was joined by Ar. Rakhi Mariam Johnson in 2016. With a young professional crew of architects, urban designers, heritage conservation professionals and engineers, we work together with a vision for making lives better and finer. We envisage spaces as living entities with each space defining its own character. The studio strongly believes that in the long haul, space has a power to re-mould the life of its inhabitants and ultimately influence the character of each individual residing there.
