*Ambiance Velvet Touch Elastoglo 20ltr* Product Description Dulux Ambiance Velvet Touch Elastoglo is a super premium interior emulsion with advanced elastomeric technology, which streches the paint film as much as 3X more than other premium paints. This helps in covering hairline cracks and providing best in class finish. Application Description Step 1: Surface Preparation New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax, mould, fungal growth etc. before application and all surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off. Step 2: Application process Prime surface with water-based cement primer or acrylic primer and allow it to dry overnight. Smoothen the surface by filling dents with thin coats of acrylic putty. Sand with emery paper and wipe clean. Dilute the paint with 25% - 40% clean water and apply the first coat. Apply two coats of Elastoglo. Step 3: Drying time Touch dry for the paint is up to 30 minutes and allow 4-6 hours of drying time for recoating. *Dulux Promise Interior Primer 20ltr* Product Description Dulux Promise Interior Primer is a good quality primer having good adhesion to interior masonry surfaces, both new and previously decorated such as brickwork, plaster, cement, fibre boards, etc. It is specially formulated to give good filling property. Correct application of primer assures better quality and durability of the finished coat. Application Description Step 1 : Surface Preparation All surface should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter, wiped off. Suitable remedial measures should be taken, in case of water seepage/leakage problems. Fungus affected areas need separate treatment. Step 2 : Application process Apply a coat of primer. If required, use ICI Ready Mix Wall Filler or any other oil-based putty to fill cracks and dents and make the surface uniform and free from undution. After sanding the puttied surface, apply another coat of primer. Allow primer coat to dry overnight before application of finish paint. Step 3 : Drying time Prime surface with a coat of Dulux Water Based Cement Primer or Duwel Acrylic Primer and allow it to dry overnight. Use Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty to rectify cracks / dents and smoothen out the surface. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Apply a second coat of Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 to smoothen the putty surface. Wipe off loose particles. Apply another coat of primer on the puttied surface. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 380 and wipe clean. Primer-Putty-Primer is a must to get the desired effect of topcoat. Apply the 2nd coat of primer and allow drying for 6-8 hrs. Sand the surface with emery paper no 380 and wipe clean.
