Plot Size-1125 Floors- Ground+first floor Actual plot size and orientation will be shared by the customer. We will provide you the floor plan according to the vastu with unlimited modifications. We will also provide you the furniture Layout, structural drawings of your entire building like Column, Beam, Foundation, Etc with Door-Window, Electrical, Plumbing drawings and 3D Front Elevation Design(1 side). We will deliver work in 2 parts. 1: 2d Architecture Floor Planning. You will provide you unlimited changes, until a layout is finalized. Once the layout is finalized then we provide you the furniture layout ,we will move to the next part of work. 2: Provide you the Structural drawings, Door-Window, Electrical, Plumbing drawings and 3D Front Elevation Design. Charges for the scope of work: Rs.20,000/- first payment 30% than finalized final after 70%
