Yeah, we made it. No one else can. We're the best.
We built this door fully factory-finished: paint, polish, everything. All hardware is included; just install it on-site. It's an engineered flush door with an aluminum frame, featuring a Bolio design on one side and a veneer design on the other, as per the client's request. The door frame is made entirely of engineered plywood and Bolio, with PU acrylic paint. The door's four sides are fully covered with veneer flitch to ensure a consistent finish.

Product Description
Dulux Promise Interior Primer is a good quality primer having good adhesion to interior masonry surfaces, both new and previously decorated such as brickwork, plaster, cement, fibre boards, etc. It is specially formulated to give good filling property. Correct application of primer assures better quality and durability of the finished coat.
Application Description
Step 1 : Surface Preparation All surface should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter, wiped off. Suitable remedial measures should be taken, in case of water seepage/leakage problems. Fungus affected areas need separate treatment. Step 2 : Application process Apply a coat of primer. If required, use ICI Ready Mix Wall Filler or any other oil-based putty to fill cracks and dents and make the surface uniform and free from undution. After sanding the puttied surface, apply another coat of primer. Allow primer coat to dry overnight before application of finish paint. Step 3 : Drying time Prime surface with a coat of Dulux Water Based Cement Primer or Duwel Acrylic Primer and allow it to dry overnight. Use Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty to rectify cracks / dents and smoothen out the surface. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Apply a second coat of Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 to smoothen the putty surface. Wipe off loose particles. Apply another coat of primer on the puttied surface. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 380 and wipe clean. Primer-Putty-Primer is a must to get the desired effect of topcoat.
Health & Safety
Store container in an upright position, with lid tightly closed in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children and away from food and animal feed. Refer Safety Data Sheet for more details.
