टैराकोटा मिट्टी के बने कम्पोस्टर बिन हर ब्लॉक में हर फ्लोर पर रखे जायें।
टैराकोटा मिट्टी के बने बिन में कचरे को गलाने और बदबू को दबाने की प्रोपर्टी होती है। उसमें हरी जाली वाले कपड़े का बैग लगा दें, गीला कचरा उस बैग में ही इकट्ठा करें, जालीदार होने की वजह से पानी निकल जाता है और कम्पोस्टर बिन में नीचे बने स्टोरेज में चला जाता है।
👉हाउस कीपिंग स्टाफ को डी-कम्पोस्टर पाउडर(जोकि कचरे को जल्द गलाने और पानी अलग करने का काम करता है) रोज एक बार सभी बिन्स में डालना होगा।
"वेस्ट वाटर डिस्पोजल" कम्पोस्टर बिन में नीचे जहां पानी स्टोर होता है वहां पाईप लगाकर पानी को नाली में बहा सकते हैं या पाईप को टैंक से कनैक्ट करके पानी इकट्ठा कर सकते हैं, पानी निकलने से उस कूडे की महक खत्म हो जाती है, वैसे तो ये पानी पेड पौधों में डाल सकते हैं जिससे उनको पौष्टिक आहार मिलता है साथ ही कीटनाशक का भी काम करता है।
