*Dulux Promise Interior Primer 20ltr* Product Description Dulux Promise Interior Primer is a good quality primer having good adhesion to interior masonry surfaces, both new and previously decorated such as brickwork, plaster, cement, fibre boards, etc. It is specially formulated to give good filling property. Correct application of primer assures better quality and durability of the finished coat. Application Description Step 1 : Surface Preparation All surface should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter, wiped off. Suitable remedial measures should be taken, in case of water seepage/leakage problems. Fungus affected areas need separate treatment. Step 2 : Application process Apply a coat of primer. Use Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty to rectify cracks / dents and smoothen out the surface. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Apply a second coat of Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 to smoothen the putty surface. Wipe off loose particles. Apply another coat of primer on the puttied surface. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 380 and wipe clean. Primer-Putty-Primer is a must to get the desired effect of topcoat. Health & Safety Store container in an upright position, with lid tightly closed in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children and away from food and animal feed. Equipped with good coverage and good opacity formulation, it covers a larger area in same quantity of paint and its Anti-Chalking properties prevents the paint film from chalking giving smooth finish to your walls. Application Description Step 1: Surface Preparation Prime surface with a coat of Dulux water based cement primer or Dulux Acrylic primer and allow drying for 4 - 6 hours. Step 2: Application Process Apply 2 coats of Dulux Promise smart Choice, thinned with 450 – 500 ml of water for 1 litre of paint . Give 3-4 hours interval between the coats. Normally two coats of paints are sufficient for opacity and desired finish. Step 3: Drying Time Surface Dry-Up to 30 min. Recoat: 4-6 hours.
